## The Leaky Cauldron is the oldest pub in London

Despite what many [Muggles](/fact-file/magical-miscellany/muggles) think, the title of oldest pub in London goes to this well-loved wizarding establishment. Found on Charing Cross Road, the [Leaky Cauldron](/fact-file/locations/the-leaky-cauldron) was built in the 1500s – long before Charing Cross Road was even planned! Its true address is number one, [Diagon Alley](/fact-file/locations/diagon-alley).

## Muggles used to frequent the Leaky Cauldron

This wizarding institution wasn’t always a place that where only magical folk congregated. As it was built two centuries before the imposition of the International Statute of Secrecy, it was initially visible to Muggle eyes too. Muggles weren’t made to feel unwelcome or turned away. Having said that, thanks to the *interesting* conversations and even more *interesting* magical pets, many scarpered before finishing their mead.

## Neville Longbottom and Hannah Abbott lived above the Leaky Cauldron

In a turn of events that we find extremely adorable, after leaving [Hogwarts](/fact-file/locations/hogwarts) not only did [Neville](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/neville-longbottom) continue his passion for magical plants as [Herbology](/fact-file/magical-miscellany/herbology) professor, but he also married [Hufflepuff](/fact-file/magical-miscellany/hufflepuff), [Hannah Abbott](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/hannah-abbott-fact-file). The happy couple decided to make a home for themselves living above the one-and-only Leaky Cauldron.

## A pub was the headquarters of a rebellion

Although we never learnt which one it was, according to *Sites of Historical Sorcery*, one of the wizarding pubs in [Hogsmeade](/fact-file/locations/hogsmeade) was said to have been the headquarters of the 1612 [goblin](/fact-file/creatures/goblin) rebellion. Could it have been the [Hog’s Head Inn](/fact-file/locations/the-hogs-head) which was known for its dubious dealings and schemes? Or perhaps it was the cosiness of the [Three Broomsticks](/fact-file/locations/the-three-broomsticks) that convinced the goblins to make it their base?

## The Hog’s Head Inn was run by a Dumbledore

While [Albus Dumbledore](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/albus-dumbledore) ran Hogwarts, just down the road his brother, [Aberforth Dumbledore](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/aberforth-dumbledore-fact-file), ran the Hog’s Head Inn. Crochety and a big fan of goats, he and his brother didn’t always see eye-to-eye. Ultimately, they were both extremely good people and Aberforth even helped the resistance at Hogwarts after Albus’ death – thanks to a secret passage that connected the [Room of Requirement](/fact-file/locations/the-room-of-requirement) to his pub.

## Sybill Trelawney made her infamous prediction at the Hog’s Head Inn

The Hog’s Head Inn was the location of many crucial story moments from the founding of [Dumbledore’s Army](/fact-file/magical-miscellany/dumbledores-army) to [Hagrid](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/rubeus-hagrid) winning a dragon egg in a game of cards. However, there was one particular moment that changed the course of wizarding history forever. On a gloomy night, Albus Dumbledore went to interview [Sybill Trelawney](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/sybill-trelawney) for the role of [Divination](/fact-file/magical-miscellany/divination) teacher. He was thoroughly unimpressed until, among the ramshackle décor and sticky floor, she made her prediction about the boy destined to end [Voldemort](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/lord-voldemort) and rid the world of his evil!

## Katie Bell was given the cursed opal necklace at The Three Broomsticks

Run by Madam Rosmerta, the Three Broomsticks was a warm and welcoming establishment in Hogsmeade. Yet Dark Magic still managed to worm its way in there in the form of the cursed opal necklace. Part of a clumsy attempt on Dumbledore’s life, [Gryffindor](/fact-file/magical-miscellany/gryffindor) Quidditch team member, [Katie Bell](/fact-file/characters-and-pets/katie-bell), took the necklace from the pub while under the influence of the [Imperius Curse](/fact-file/spells/the-imperius-curse) and narrowly escaped its deadly power.

## It wasn’t just witches and wizards who frequented the Three Broomsticks

Said to be as old as the only all-wizard village in Britain, the Three Broomsticks was a bit of a haven for all sorts of magical beings, such as hags, who couldn’t disguise themselves particularly well in the Muggle world. In fact, Ron and Hermione once thought they spotted an ogre!

You couldn’t help but root for [Harry Potter](/features/harry-potter "Harry Potter") and [Cho Chang](/features/cho-chang "Cho Chang") at the beginning. After all, Harry had sort of fancied her since they played [Quidditch](/collection/quidditch "Quidditch") against each other in *Prisoner of Azkaban,* was totally infatuated in *Goblet of Fire,* finally falling into a relationship in *Order of the Phoenix.* But after three novels of build-up, their relationship hit the deck like Neville in a [Body-Bind curse](/features/full-body-bind-curse "Petrificus Totalus"). So what went wrong? Here’s why ‘Charry’ fizzled out so quickly… In fact, too quickly to even warrant that portmanteau. 

## Cho defended Marietta Edgecombe, destroyer of awesome clubs

[Dumbledore’s Army](/collection/dumbledores-army "Dumbledore’s Army") was Harry’s safe space during a terrible year of [Voldemort](/features/lord-voldemort "Lord Voldemort") visions, the reign of [Professor Umbridge](/features/dolores-umbridge "Dolores Umbridge"), and being vilified by the media, so the fact that Cho’s friend [Marietta](/features/marietta-edgecombe "Marietta Edgecombe") destroyed that by betraying them to Umbridge was a terrible move – made even worse by Cho’s attempts to defend her and reproach Hermione for cursing her with ‘SNEAK’-patterned pimples. 

Even if you are Cho’s number one fan, this one is hard to get past. Sure, she gets points for loyalty to her friend, but what about loyalty to defending [Hogwarts](/features/hogwarts "Hogwarts")? Also, the fact Harry, constantly angry in his fifth year, couldn’t see Cho’s point of view, made for an almighty clash that pretty much obliterated the entire relationship. 

> ‘Oh, no,’ said Cho hurriedly. ‘No, it was only... well, I just wanted to say... Harry, I never dreamed Marietta would tell...’ 
> ‘Yeah, well,’ said Harry moodily. He did feel Cho might have chosen her friends a bit more carefully; it was small consolation that the last he had heard, Marietta was still up in the hospital wing and Madam Pomfrey had not been able to make the slightest improvement to her pimples.

## Harry was in major awkward teenager mode  

Like any first date, we can all get a bit tongue-tied, and Harry was no different. Although he clearly wanted to connect with his [Ravenclaw](/collection/characters-ravenclaws "Ravenclaws") crush, the Boy Who Lived was also the Boy Who Failed At Keeping Conversation Flowing, mostly because he couldn’t think of anything to talk to her about – apart from Quidditch. 

For heaven’s sake Harry, you went to the same school! You had almost every single part of your daily routine in common! You were both MAGIC. Surely that would have been a good starting point, right? But alas, Harry was simply too young and too speechless. We’ve all been there, right?

## Cho took Harry to a pressure-inducing venue

Cho, we appreciate that it was Valentine’s Day and you wanted to be romantic, but Madam Puddifoot’s teashop was a bit overboard, complete with saccharine décor and a French-kissing Roger Davies. As such, the surrounding atmosphere lifted Harry completely out of his comfort zone, and the whole date just got a bit forced. The cherubs probably didn’t help.

## Cho was not in the right state of mind emotionally 

Of course, it wasn’t Cho’s fault that her first love, [Cedric Diggory](/features/cedric-diggory "Cedric Diggory"), died at the end of the last school year. But perhaps it was a little too early for her to move forward? Poor Cho clearly struggled to get to grips with her budding relationship with Harry, as she was still too caught up in the horrific events of the Triwizard Tournament. We think [Hermione](/features/hermione-granger "Hermione Granger") put it rather well: 

> ‘Well, obviously, she’s feeling very sad, because of Cedric dying. Then I expect she’s feeling confused because she liked Cedric and now she likes Harry, and she can’t work out who she likes best. Then she’ll be feeling guilty, thinking it’s an insult to Cedric’s memory to be kissing Harry at all, and she’ll be worrying about what everyone else might say about her if she starts going out with Harry. And she probably can’t work out what her feelings towards Harry are, anyway, because he was the one who was with Cedric when Cedric died, so that’s all very mixed up and painful. Oh, and she’s afraid she’s going to be thrown off the Ravenclaw Quidditch team because she’s been flying so badly.’

## Harry wasn’t in a great place either

Harry didn’t want to talk about the events of the [third task](/feature/triwizard-tournament-retrospective "The Triwizard Tournament: a retrospective") just as much as Cho desperately wanted to. In fact, he went out of his way to avoid the discussion, even though it was clearly important to Cho that they talk about it. 

> ‘Women!’ he muttered angrily, sloshing down the rain-washed street with his hands in his pockets. ‘What did she want to talk about Cedric for, anyway? Why does she always want to drag up a subject that makes her act like a human hosepipe?’

## Harry wasn’t very considerate of Cho’s feelings 

Harry. We know you meant nothing by it, but you shouldn’t have kept mentioning your female best friend who knows you better than anyone in every other conversation with Cho. Although it was entirely innocent, it seemed ridiculous that Harry wouldn’t consider for a second that Cho would get a little jealous of Hermione, especially when he cut a date short to hang out with her. 

## They couldn’t have a laugh with each other

Laughter is the key to every relationship, and yet Harry and Cho didn’t just have zero chemistry, they also seemed to be unhappy, insecure or awkward in each other’s presence almost all of the time. The only time they seemed to be able to chat away was when they were talking about Quidditch, but knowledge about a [broomstick](/features/broomsticks "Broomsticks") sport does not a romantic relationship make! Even their first kiss was pretty much a traumatic experience for Harry.

Perhaps in a parallel wizarding world, one where Harry gathered the courage to ask Cho to the [Yule Ball](/image/cho-and-cedric-at-the-yule-ball "Opening the Yule Ball") before Cedric got in there first, this relationship would have been entirely different. Harry would have taken Cho to the ball, they’d have started dating, and the most pressing issue in their relationship would have been having to compete in Quidditch against each other. Instead, circumstances meant that Harry and Cho’s relationship never quite took off, which is a shame. But if Harry and Cho had made it work, then we would’ve been deprived of Harry and [Ginny](/features/ginny-weasley "Ginny Weasley") – so maybe things do happen for a reason.

Hufflepuff is the most underrated house at Hogwarts. Gryffindors may have the confidence to ask people out. Ravenclaws can charm their dates with witty banter over a Butterbeer. Slytherins can impress their paramours with their ambition. But we reckon Hufflepuffs might make the ultimate companions. Here’s why...

## The Sorting Hat says so 
Many of us probably have a checklist of characteristics that we’re looking for in a partner. Maybe we’d like to find a witch or wizard who is charming, clever and successful.

So, does that mean you should go out with someone who embodies Gryffindor, Ravenclaw or Slytherin qualities? Hold your Hippogriffs, everyone. Those qualities alone aren’t enough, if your partner isn’t also kind and loyal. Take it from The Sorting Hat: ‘They are just and loyal / Those patient Hufflepuffs are true / And unafraid of toil.’ Sounds ideal.

## Hufflepuffs aren’t just nice
Nobody would dispute that Hufflepuffs are the ‘nice’ house. But isn’t 'nice' usually another way of saying that someone has no other personality traits? Hufflepuffs are so much more. 

Case in point, one of the coolest characters in the wizarding world: Nymphadora Tonks. A kind Metamorphmagus with bubblegum-pink hair, a young Auror and a key member of the Order of the Phoenix. Being nice doesn’t mean boring. 

## Ah, Cedric Diggory 
Let’s just do a quick comparison between Cedric Diggory and Cormac McLaggen. When Gryffindor Cormac went on a date with Hermione, he put her off by talking about himself, boasting about his prowess on the Quidditch pitch, and being rather, ahem, forward. 

Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory had just as much reason to brag: he was a Prefect, Captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team, and was selected as the Hogwarts Champion in the Triwizard Tournament. 

He was humble and kind but plenty of others noticed his good qualities. Angelina Johnson called him ‘that tall, good-looking one’ and Katie Bell quipped that he was ‘strong and silent’. So there might’ve been a queue for Cedric, but there are plenty more desirable Hufflepuffs.

## Hufflepuffs won’t turn into a Dark wizard after a bad break-up
Hufflepuff has the fewest Dark wizards of any house at Hogwarts – which we take to mean that they act decently when confronted with difficult circumstances. Ever been through a break-up where the other person turned into a total Dementor? Not a problem when you’re going out with a Hufflepuff. 

## They’re accepting of everyone
When the founders of the other Hogwarts houses were explaining what types of students they most wanted to teach, they picked very specific qualities. Said Helga Hufflepuff: ‘I’ll teach the lot, and treat them just the same.’

Hufflepuffs accept everybody. They’ll probably invite you round for a home-cooked dinner. The [Hufflepuff common room](/writing-by-jk-rowling/hufflepuff-common-room) is right next to the Hogwarts kitchens, after all.

## Hufflepuffs don't need to show off 
In the past, J.K. Rowling has said, ‘In many, many ways, Hufflepuff is my favourite house.’

Why? J.K. Rowling says to look at how they act during the Battle of Hogwarts. ‘The Hufflepuffs, virtually to a person, stay – as do the Gryffindors. Now, the Gryffindors comprise a lot of foolhardy and show-offy people... You know, there’s bravery and there’s also showboating, and sometimes the two go together. The Hufflepuffs stayed for a different reason. They weren’t trying to show off, they weren’t being reckless. That’s the essence of Hufflepuff House.’

If you can’t *be* a Hufflepuff, be *with* a Hufflepuff.

As a house, [Slytherin does not have the best reputation](https://www.wizardingworld.com/features/why-hogwarts-needs-slytherin-house) – yes, we know every one of Voldemort’s friends was in Slytherin and, okay, their founder hid a monstrous Basilisk in the underground chamber of a *school,* of all things – but that doesn’t mean they’re all bad. On the contrary, as potential partners Slytherins have quite a lot to offer…

## They’re ambitious

Although some Slytherins chose to channel their ambition in some very questionable directions, it’s certainly not bad to be ambitious, unless you’re doing dastardly things to achieve those ambitions. And in some cases, that did happen: take Lord Voldemort’s ‘ambitions’ to murder and torture Muggles and Muggle-borns. But, usually, ambition is a good quality – many Slytherins are possessed of a drive to succeed, and this motivates them to greater feats. As Ollivander once said: 

> ‘After all, He Who Must Not Be Named did great things – terrible, yes, but great.’

As the partner of a Slytherin, you could probably help them channel this ambition in more appropriate ways. Say, excelling in a chosen career rather than excelling in bloodshed. To paraphrase Dumbledore, there’s always a choice, and you could help your Slytherin make the right ones. Plus, going out with an ambitious Slytherin could help you pick up the pace in your own life: they’d probably help you work out your goals, maybe get you on some kind of five-year plan. If you’re someone who feels the need for a motivating presence in your life, you could do a lot worse than dating a Slytherin.

This ambition and drive makes Slytherins pretty single-minded in their pursuits – from Horace Slughorn trying to make friends with the great and good of the wizarding world to Voldemort trying to take it over, they definitely do not give up easily. And despite what we may think about Slytherin house, this determination doesn’t always come from a selfish place – after all, Draco Malfoy’s decision to accept Voldemort’s mission in *Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince* was largely motivated by a desire to prevent [his family](/writing-by-jk-rowling/the-malfoy-family "The Malfoy family by J.K. Rowling") from suffering and, of course, Snape’s dangerous life as a double-agent was driven by his love for Harry’s mother, Lily.

So while on first glance, Slytherin house seems far more preoccupied with [blood status](/writing-by-jk-rowling/pure-blood "Pure-Blood by J.K. Rowling") and hierarchy than with love and bravery, that isn’t always the case. As with everything, a Slytherin’s determination just needs to be channelled in the right way.

## They’re cunning

From [Salazar Slytherin’s](/features/salazar-slytherin "Salazar Slytherin") hidden chamber to Voldemort’s [Horcruxes](/features/the-horcruxes "The Horcruxes") and Draco’s Dumbledore mission, Slytherins are so prone to secrets that it almost goes without saying that they’re a cunning bunch. Although, actually, the [Sorting Hat](/features/the-sorting-hat "The Sorting Hat") did say it when we first met it: 

> ‘Or perhaps in Slytherin 
> You’ll make your real friends, 
> Those cunning folks use any means 
> To achieve their ends.’

Yet again some Slytherins have a tendency to use this trait for devious purposes, but while we’re not saying a predilection for keeping secrets is a brilliant trait in a potential partner, it could have its uses. They’d be great at planning surprise parties, Slytherins, and we bet if you were in a tricky spot, their practiced deception might come in useful. They could probably talk you out of a situation, if they wanted to.

Of course, not all Slytherins are the same – for all that he was, Snape was never really a charmer – but there have been many examples of Slytherins talking their way in or out of a situation over the years. Before he was known around the world as Voldemort, Tom Riddle charmed most of his Hogwarts teachers; for a long time, Lucius Malfoy’s charm (and wealth) gave him a high level of influence over the [Ministry of Magic](https://www.wizardingworld.com/writing-by-jk-rowling/ministers-for-magic); and Draco Malfoy, although mostly just a bully, did have some charm of his own, even if it only extended to Crabbe, Goyle and Pansy Parkinson.

Obviously, you need more in a relationship than fake charm, but as the partner of a Slytherin, you’d be the one to see beyond it and discover any hidden depths.

## We all have a little bit of Slytherin in us

Given that the Sorting Hat seriously considered placing Harry Potter – the eternally brave Gryffindor – in the house of his greatest enemy, Voldemort, it seems likely that we all possess a Slytherin trait or two. And we have to say, that’s no bad thing. All you need to do is pair that burning ambition and determination with a conscience and a heart – which might sound tough with no help, but if your Slytherin other half can’t do that on their own, well, that’s where you come in.

As the house of those who are ‘brave at heart’ – including, of course, Harry Potter: The Chosen One, aka The Boy Who Lived and all that – you could do a lot worse than fall in love with a Gryffindor. But in case you need persuading, here are a few other reasons why Gryffindors are perfect boy/girlfriend material…

## They have a certain risky glamour

It’s probably all that nerve and daring they like to throw around, but many Gryffindors possess an almost undefinable sparkle that makes for a great partner. Sure, sometimes they exhibit a bravery that borders on recklessness, but with a Gryffindor you’d be having way too much fun to worry about breaking rules. Sirius and James were, perhaps, the original Gryffindor bad boys; curse-breaker Bill Weasley was glamorous enough to attract the attention of Fleur Delacour; and Harry’s celebrity status undoubtedly gave him a certain cachet, inspiring such beautiful poetry as:

## You could be a calming influence 

The trouble with all this risky danger is that sometimes it goes to a Gryffindor’s head – especially, it has to be said, amongst the male students. But you could change all that. Calm down your hot-headed Gryffindor with some disarming Luna Lovegood-esque Ravenclaw wisdom, or urge them towards Hufflepuff-inspired fairness. Make a Gryffindor pause for thought and they could be yours for life – at least, that’s what we like to think with regards to Hufflepuff Nymphadora Tonks and Gryffindor Remus Lupin, given Lupin’s initial refusal to listen either to his own feelings or to the reasonable protestations of those who urged him to accept Tonks’s love for him, despite his being a werewolf. Tonks made Lupin realise he didn’t need to continue his self-imposed loneliness, and if that’s not an example of Hufflepuff patience countering Gryffindor determination, then we don’t know what is.

## A true Gryffindor will defend you to the end

Gryffindors are chivalrous; the Sorting Hat says so. That means they’re pretty much duty-bound to look out for you (although we’re not counting either Harry’s behaviour towards Cho or Ron’s to Lavender in this scenario: teenage romances are tricky, even for Gryffindors). 

Still, when the chips are down and you’re facing a Voldemort who wants you dead, it is probably going to be a Gryffindor who saves you – whether sacrificing their own life for the love of yours, as Lily did for Harry, or defying the Dark Lord with such confidence that Godric Gryffindor himself sends you his sword, as Neville did in the Battle of Hogwarts.

## They’re inspirational

Just look at the list of famous Gryffindors: Dumbledore, Sirius, Lupin, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, all three Potters. They had their faults, of course, but as ex-students go it’s an intimidatingly impressive list. Date a Gryffindor and you, too, might find yourself bound for greatness – well, you couldn’t go out with someone known for bravery and not become a little bit braver yourself.

## You’d have a whale of a time

Going out with a Gryffindor would make life pretty unpredictable, but it would also be a lot of fun. From Fred and George’s Wizard Wheezes to Lee Jordan’s Quidditch commentary and the Marauders’ hilariously inappropriate comments to Snape via the medium of magical map, there’d be ample opportunity for witty repartee and jokes. Plus, think of the stories a Gryffindor would have: all those daring tales just waiting to be revisited over a drink in the Three Broomsticks.

Given it’s the home of those with a ‘ready mind’, Ravenclaw house could seem a little intimidating – but don’t let that love of learning fool you. Ravenclaws are naturally curious, welcoming of eccentrics, and they have one of the most interesting house ghosts at Hogwarts. But just in case you need more convincing of the benefits of a Ravenclaw romance, here’s our run-down…

## It would be a ‘wise’ choice

‘Wise old Ravenclaw’ is how the Sorting Hat described this house’s founder, and that wisdom certainly filtered down to most of Ravenclaw’s students. If you’re wise, you’re known for good judgement, which is definitely a quality you want in a partner (reflects well on you, that). And okay, while there are some Ravenclaws who buck this tendency towards wisdom – Gilderoy Lockhart’s cleverness didn’t stop him from making bad choices, and Rowena Ravenclaw’s own daughter showed pretty poor judgement when she told Tom Riddle about her mother’s lost diadem – most of them are pretty shrewd.

For example, Luna Lovegood’s advice to Harry after Sirius’s death came at just the right moment:

When you’re in need of advice and comfort, you could do a lot worse than seek out a Ravenclaw. They know what to say, when to say it, and they’re never afraid to speak their minds.

## They’re not pretentious

On top of that, most Ravenclaws aren’t worried about keeping their knowledge to themselves (well, apart from Lockhart, who preferred to take other peoples’ knowledge, but we’ll let that example slide for now).

From Luna to Garrick Ollivander to Head of House Professor Flitwick, Ravenclaws are generally happy to share their experiences, which is always good for a relationship. Plus they know *so much* stuff: even Lockhart was good at Memory Charms. You’d never have to read a textbook again, and just think how much easier it would be to complete a crossword or score 100 per cent in a quiz with a Ravenclaw at your side.

## They prize individuality

In his ‘Welcome to Ravenclaw’ speech (which you can only see if you have been sorted into Ravenclaw on this site…), prefect Robert Hilliard talks about Ravenclaw’s people being ‘the most individual’ of any Hogwarts house. In Ravenclaw Tower, individuality – even eccentricity – is a trait to be prized. As free thinkers and free spirits, Ravenclaws push the boundaries of magic in a multitude of ways: they’re happy to experiment, welcoming of new ideas, and the absolute last people to dismiss anyone for being a little bit different. There’d be no need to hide your bad habits or strange tendencies from a Ravenclaw – they’d accept you for who you are, quirks and all.

## Most Ravenclaws are honest – to a fault

Luna was the epitome of this very Ravenclaw trait. Her tendency to share her observations without any element of sugar-coating might have made her appear blunt, but she never did it out of cruelness. When she said things like this, about Ron...

…She doesn’t mean to do anything other than be honest. Ravenclaws don’t tend to gossip or say things out of malice, but they will always tell the truth. And honesty makes for healthy relationships – even if it is a bit close to the bone sometimes.

## They’ll impress you with their great wit

With wisdom comes wit, and Ravenclaws would surely be great company at a dinner table. Not only would they have lots of fascinating stuff to talk about, but as Hogwarts’ quickest thinkers they’d be great conversationalists. We doubt you’d ever run out of things to say to a Ravenclaw, and given their willingness to debate every question they’d probably treat every one of your sentences with the utmost respect – although we suspect they’d prefer deep and meaningful discussions to celebrity gossip. After all, you can’t even get into Ravenclaw Tower without answering a challenging question (which, incidentally, means hanging around outside Ravenclaw Tower is a great place to pick up some witty repartee.)

## They’re proud of themselves

Ravenclaws are obviously clever, [the Sorting Hat](https://my.wizardingworld.com/sorting-hat) sings about it all the time. But it’s more than that. Enthusiasm for learning is, sadly, not always so highly prized – but that’s the point of Ravenclaw. They’re unashamed of their cleverness, proud to be part of a house that values it, and eager to share their knowledge with as many other people as will listen. Such intellectual curiosity makes Ravenclaws extremely interesting partners, and – who knows – they might spur you on to greater feats of discovery, too.
