Following the award-winning audio platform Yoto’s highly successful release of all seven Harry Potter audiobooks in August (which happens to be one of the best performing releases), today they have launched their latest lot of audio magic – The Hogwarts Library Collection.
Working together with Pottermore Publishing, these classic volumes from the wizarding world are now available as three brand new Yoto cards to download and play. In this selection of Yoto cards you can find Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Quidditch Through the Ages and The Tales of Beedle the Bard. All of these are available to buy separately or as the full Hogwarts Library Collection.
Brilliant for Harry Potter fans ages eight and up, Jessica Tarrant, the Content Director at Yoto describes this as ‘the perfect addition to any young Harry Potter fan’s library’ with Yoto continuing to ‘be a bridge between young listeners and the wizarding world’.
All that young listeners need to do is simply slot the card into their Yoto player, download the stories and then immerse themselves in the magic and wonder of the wizarding world.

What can you find in the Hogwarts Library?
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
Want to know the difference between an Antipodean Opaleye and a Hungarian Horntail? Keen to brush up on your Niffler knowledge? Or are you just desperate to understand what makes a Flobberworm tick? Then Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander is the perfect textbook for you. And who better to narrate them than the actor who played the Magizoologist himself, Eddie Redmayne. If you keep your ears peeled, you might hear the sounds of a few fantastic beasts in the background. Find out more here.
Quidditch Through the Ages
Next, we have one of the most popular books in the Hogwarts Library – Quidditch Through the Ages. If you have a question about Quidditch – whether that’s exactly how many times Ron Weasley’s favourite Quidditch team, the Chudley Cannons, have lost the League or how to perform the perfect Wronski Feint, you’ll find it here. Narrated by Andrew Lincoln, this audiobook also has more than an hour and a half in extra bonus content. Click here to read more about it.
The Tales of Beedle the Bard
Last but in no way least, we have The Tales of Beedle the Bard. Narrated by a whole host of recognisable voices including Jude Law, who is reprising his role as Albus Dumbledore, this is the wizarding world’s answer to Grimm’s Fairytales. With tales such as Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump and The Tale of the Three Brothers (which played a rather important role in the Harry Potter stories), this audiobook is sure to charm and educate its listeners in equal measure. Find out more about this edition, which was translated from the original runes by Hermione Granger herself, right here.
All three audiobooks will be available for purchase individually or as a collection from today, the 6th March, on the Yoto website. Each of the cards has been cleverly designed to work with the Yoto Player 3rd Generation, Yoto Mini (2024 Edition) and the free Yoto app.
