This US State Supplement provides additional information for residents of California, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. If you are a resident of one of these states, you have certain rights as specified under state law, which you can exercise at our Privacy Center.

Our Privacy Policy details what Information we collect about you, including Information considered "personal information" or "personal data" under applicable privacy laws, the sources of that Information, the purposes of use and disclosure, and the categories of third parties that may receive that Information.

If you are a child using our Services, or a parent or guardian of a child, please also review our Children's Privacy Policy.

We use the term "personal information" below. Capitalized terms not defined in this Supplement are defined in the applicable Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Your rights under applicable state laws may include:

  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to Know and Access: Confirm whether we process your information and request a copy.
  • Right to Correct: Request corrections to inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: Request that we do not sell your personal information.
  • Right to Limit Use for Targeted Advertising: Opt out of use/disclosure of personal information for targeted ads.

We do not sell or use children's personal information for targeted advertising. Our Services respond to Global Privacy Control signals where appropriate.

We do not use personal information for profiling in decisions with legal or significant effects without explicit consent or where permitted by law.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Visit our Privacy Center or call us toll-free at 1-866-324-3637 (TTY: 711). We may ask for your email to verify your identity and may require signed authorization for agents. Parents/guardians may submit requests on behalf of minors.

If your request is denied, you may appeal by emailing wbdprivacy@wbd.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. You will not face discrimination for exercising your rights.
